Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
- Service was not delivered as described
- Significant errors or omissions in our recommendations
- Service cancellation before work has begun
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with details about your service and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the service.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Change of mind after service has been fully delivered
- Dissatisfaction with third-party products purchased based on our recommendations
- Requests made more than 30 days after service delivery
- Services that have been substantially utilized
Third-Party Products
Please note that Shefrealbrex provides shopping assistance and recommendations only. We are not responsible for the return policies of third-party retailers or the quality of products purchased from them. Any returns of physical products must be handled directly with the retailer where the purchase was made.
Package Credits
If you have purchased a service package and wish to discontinue, unused service credits may be refunded on a prorated basis. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled consultation or service up to 24 hours before the appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
